Competent Service Providers Jun 27, 2025

Wow, what a mess we had, 2 dysfunctional toilets and a “singing” house (because our water pressure was too high). Premier came, with one phone call, the day and hour they promised. Adrian fixed the initial problems and educated us on how to avoid further difficulties. He was so knowledgeable, respectful of our property, and assisted us with another minor leak. We told him about the “singing” issue going on, he easily discovered the problem and told us the solution which we immediately scheduled knowing if we didn’t, the greater damage potential was enormous. Adrian scheduled another appointment and Konstantin came out this morning and repaired our main water shut off. He too was polite, timely, respectful of our property, and explained the repair he completed. I would recommend this company any day of the week. I was very pleased to have competent service providers. We are pleased to not have screeching, singing pipes any longer…thank you Premier!

Adrian did an amazing job for us. I was out of state when the water main to our house started leaking badly. The city said the leak was on our side of the meter, so our responsibility. My wife called Premier who came out quickly and found that the leak was actually on the city side. But Adrian didn't leave then. Without being asked, he stayed to meet with the city to show them where the leak was. When they said it would take 3 weeks to fix it, he argued with them and convinced them to fix it sooner. He spent much of the afternoon there in my absence, and without charging us for his time. So awesome having Adrian help when I couldn't be there. Highly recommended!

Premier Plumbing Gets Five Stars May 28, 2025

HVAC folks were replacing flexible ducts in our crawl space and accidentally bumped a water pipe creating a leak which required us to shut off our home's main water valve. Since this happened on a Saturday, we were faced with a situation in which we would be without water until Monday. Not wanting to wait till then, we contacted Premier Plumbing at 1 p.m., and they said someone would be there between 2 and 4 p.m. Adrian called us just before 2 to tell us he was on the way and arrived 15 minutes later. He immediately crawled under the house to evaluate the situation and determine what parts he would need to remedy the problem. Upon leaving the crawl space, he showed me photos of the issue and provided a repair estimate which we accepted. He didn’t have one of the fittings on his truck, so he left to acquire the needed item. Before leaving, he asked me to open faucets in the house to allow water to drain while he was gone. A short while later, he returned and began repairs. Overall, he spent three and a half hours on this call and kept me aware of everything he was doing. Adrian did an excellent job of performing a difficult repair in a very limited space. He documented his work with photos, provided the cut-out section he replaced, asked my permission to remove a small amount of insulation in areas where he needed to solder with a torch, communicated well with his customer, and cleaned up after he finished. Adrian and Premier Plumbing get a five-star review from this satisfied customer.

Alfonzo and his team were incredible and take immense pride in their work. My husband and I just purchased a home, and it needed a hefty amount of plumbing work done. We have raised foundation and the sump pump underneath the home was not functional, which led to water pooling under the home. The piping underneath the home was a mess and the main line had a major offset. They were quick and efficient to completely resolve all the issues and took pride in doing so. There's no more standing water underneath the home, and we have an actual sump pump in a basin they created using a jackhammer because of the ground being solid rock. Alfonzo does a great job of updating customers and sends video and photos of the before and after. I really appreciate how transparent and honest this company is and will definitely continue to use them in the future. Their pricing is also really competitive. I was quoted a lot higher by other companies. I'm so glad I chose Premiere plumbing, and I simply cannot recommend this company enough. They truly are a company you can trust!

Hot water heater went out and flooded the entire garage, and we were panicked. Alfonso showed up within the hour, and we had a brand new one installed before noon the next day. They further found issues with the main water line and had that squared away in 2 days. In short, they did exactly what they said they would do in the timeframe they gave. I had a leak in the sewer pipe and also recommended replacing the old bridge pipe that was clogging. We agreed on the price and scheduled it a few days later. They arrived promptly and did the work in one day. Everything was explained, and they showed me the damaged pipe. Cleanup was great. Took advantage of the interest-free financing for 6 months. Highly recommend.
