He provided great service and was very friendly. Adrian fixed the shower valve and Omar fixed the manifold, and they both did an amazing job. If you have any problems, this is the go-to company.

Saw this on Yelp and WOW!!! I run a small animal shelter and our drains constantly clog up from dog hair 🐕 🐩🦮🐕‍🦺. Premier Rooter came out quickly and cleared all the clogs fast and at a great price using their Yelp coupon. Their water clog clearer worked better than the other company we had come out and service our drains last year. Highly recommend Premier Rooter and sticking to them from now on!

Amazing service! Truly, I couldn't thank Nate and his crew enough for coming out to fix my clogged up sewer pipe lines at a very short notice! Something that would have taken 3-4 days, they were able to get it done in less than 2 days max! And the new concrete they poured looks amazing! Hands down. They made a shitty situation BETTER. I have had an issue with this bathroom since move-in. And of course landlords have to approve, but once he called this company, they handled it every direction and GOT IT DONE. Even when it got difficult, they made sure to fix it. The service crew that took care of my problem was the best I have ever encountered. They were courteous, polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable with my problem. I really appreciated the extra help in obtaining financing when I showed concern about not being able to have my problem fixed. Hopefully I won't have any future plumbing issues, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call again.

I had my toilet leaking from the base and water was spreading on the floor. I thought for sure this would be a complicated fix. Something beyond my experience. I called Premier Rooter & Plumbing and received a call back close to my appointment time. Adrian was very accommodating and understanding about my work schedule and even gave me time to fill up on gas when I mentioned I was running low. When I explained the problem I was having, he immediately started troubleshooting. He didn’t look at the base but instead went through a process of elimination, looking at some basic connections first. He found the problem and fixed it without having to even fiddle with the base of the bowl. Adrian knew exactly what he was doing and saved me a small fortune. I felt like he rolled out the red carpet even though my toilet system was probably the cheapest option for my home builder. Afterward, he continued to offer me advice on how to save money in the long run with some tips on maintaining my home. I give this business my highest recommendation. Adrian is the man!

He used various sophisticated equipment to film up in the main drainage pipe. He was very respectful and very informative to any and all options. We were very happy with the service we received. Lastly, the price the company charged for clearing our main line clog was extremely reasonable, especially considering it was a holiday weekend. I would recommend this company to anybody.

I would highly recommend Premier Rooter and Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! They replaced my sewer line both under my house and from the foundation to the street in a flawless manner. I worked with Adrian to get a quote for services, which was very competitive with the other quotes that I received. Adrian is super responsive and always returned my phone calls and text messages. The workers Omar, Eddie, and Francisco were extremely friendly, hard-working, and all of them had a superb attitude. Crawling under a house in 100-degree temperature would make me irritable, but they never showed that type of displeasure. Omar is the Master of Communication and would tell me which bathroom was available during the replacement of the sewer line under the house. The sewer line replacement process was almost unnoticeable to me. Again, I would highly recommend Premier Rooter and Plumbing for all plumbing needs. They do a top-notch job and really care about the work that they do.

We had an emergency to unclog our kitchen sink. The plumber showed up within a half hour and was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to unclog our sink. He took photos and the camera showed a lot of grease build up, and he recommended that our pipes be scaled. The very next morning, another plumber came to scale the pipes. He also was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Premier Plumbing!

This was literally my first time hiring a plumbing company—and I am a naturally suspicious person, especially when I don't know about something (which is pretty much every topic). Normally, that would be a recipe for disaster... but it wasn't! At the very outset, when I called Premier after finding them on Yelp, I was grateful for the prompt but friendly response. From the nice gentleman who made me a same-day appointment, to the exceedingly patient and helpful Alfonso (not sure about last name) who came and diagnosed the problem—and was willing to explain it as he went, to the great guys that fixed the problem—Mr. Omar and Mr. Francisco, all of it was stellar. I say this in spite of the fact that a job like this (with sewer line issues) is expensive! I cannot compare prices, but based on conversations with my neighbors and several friends with similar work—the price was outstanding! Obviously plumbing is not my strong suit—so feel free to judge my perception of things with that in mind, but the work that was done appeared EXTREMELY professional, and all the participants (with the exception of my two children) were fantastic. This was a difficult job in the middle of the summer heat and not only did the gentlemen NOT complain, they were friendly, polite, and hardworking. I cannot say enough good things, and if it seems like I'm just gushing praise—it's because I mean it. **Note: I'm not sure the photos included will be in the right order—but assume that the pipes that look old and nasty are before the repair/replacement. Wow, what a mess we had, 2 dysfunctional toilets and a “singing” house (because our water pressure was too high). Premier came, with one phone call, the day and hour they promised. Adrian fixed the initial problems and educated us on how to avoid further difficulties. He was so knowledgeable, respectful of our property, and assisted us with another minor leak. We told him about the “singing” issue going on, he easily discovered the problem and told us the solution which we immediately scheduled knowing if we didn’t, the greater damage potential was enormous. Adrian scheduled another appointment and Konstantin came out this morning and repaired our main water shut off. He too was polite, timely, respectful of our property, and explained the repair he completed. I would recommend this company any day of the week. I was very pleased to have competent service providers. We are pleased to not have screeching, singing pipes any longer…thank you Premier!
