Called Premier when both toilets backed up. Premier responded within 15 minutes, and had a technician at the property a little over an hour later. Alfanzo diagnosed the issue quickly (child's ball had been flushed) and was able to get it dislodged without too much trouble. I was impressed with Alfanzo's knowledge and his ability and willingness to communicate with me through the process. I will use Premier again, if needed, and would definitely recommend them if you have any plumbing issues.

Premier and their team are the most professional plumbers we have ever dealt with. We had an emergency at our commercial location, and they immediately came out to help and fix the issue. We found more problems, and they did all they could to fix the issue, which turned out amazing. They always responded immediately to any questions, no matter what time of day. I would give them 10 stars if I could! These guys know what they are doing!

Let's be honest, needing to hire a plumber is never fun. While attempting to dig some post holes, we ran into a layer of concrete underground. While trying to break it up, we accidentally drilled holes through four pool water pipes that were hidden under the discarded concrete. Lots of holes all the way through. Our pool water instantly dropped several feet, and both ours and our neighbor's yard began flooding. We needed it repaired right away because we had guests coming for a pool party in a few days. I have to say this experience was excellent from beginning to end. Instant communication! Seriously, like within minutes of me putting in a request, I got a call, and Nathaniel came out the very next day. HRV assessed our problem, which was much more complicated than we even thought it was going to be and very, very difficult for even the most experienced plumbers. Nathaniel then gave me a quote on the spot that was very reasonable considering the complexities of the job. He then brought in a team of very nice, very well-trained, and knowledgeable guys, and even though it took three of them the remaining day into the evening, they got it done! It was finished less than 24 hours after my initial call. It was so great to work with them and an outstanding experience from beginning to end! A+! I can't recommend them highly enough.
