Adrian was exceptional! Not only is he quite knowledgeable and experienced, he explained different causes, solutions, and suggestions for some of my issues. He thoroughly explained what I needed, and he tentatively listened to what was happening in my home. His demeanor instilled trust and a concern for my problems. I had my toilet leaking from the base and water was spreading on the floor. I thought for sure this would be a complicated fix. Something beyond my experience. I called Premier Rooter & Plumbing and received a call back close to my appointment time. Adrian was very accommodating and understanding about my work schedule and even gave me time to fill up on gas when I mentioned I was running low. When I explained the problem I was having, he immediately started troubleshooting. He didn’t look at the base but instead went through a process of elimination, looking at some basic connections first. He found the problem and fixed it without having to even fiddle with the base of the bowl. Adrian knew exactly what he was doing and saved me a small fortune. I felt like he rolled out the red carpet even though my toilet system was probably the cheapest option for my home builder. Afterward, he continued to offer me advice on how to save money in the long run with some tips on maintaining my home. I give this business my highest recommendation. Adrian is the man!

We were very happy with the service we received from Premier Rooter and Plumbing. The young man that arrived was knowledgeable and very capable. He used various sophisticated equipment to film up in the main drainage pipe. He was very respectful and very informative to any and all options. We were very happy with the service we received. Lastly, the price the company charged for clearing our main line clog was extremely reasonable, especially considering it was a holiday weekend. I would recommend this company to anybody.

I would highly recommend Premier Rooter and Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! They replaced my sewer line both under my house and from the foundation to the street in a flawless manner. I worked with Adrian to get a quote for services, which was very competitive with the other quotes that I received. Adrian is super responsive and always returned my phone calls and text messages. The workers Omar, Eddie, and Francisco were extremely friendly, hard-working, and all of them had a superb attitude. Crawling under a house in 100-degree temperature would make me irritable, but they never showed that type of displeasure. Omar is the Master of Communication and would tell me which bathroom was available during the replacement of the sewer line under the house. The sewer line replacement process was almost unnoticeable to me. Again, I would highly recommend Premier Rooter and Plumbing for all plumbing needs. They do a top-notch job and really care about the work that they do.

We had an emergency to unclog our kitchen sink. The plumber showed up within a half hour and was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to unclog our sink. He took photos and the camera showed a lot of grease build up, and he recommended that our pipes be scaled. The very next morning, another plumber came to scale the pipes. He also was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Premier Plumbing!

This was literally my first time hiring a plumbing company—and I am a naturally suspicious person, especially when I don't know about something (which is pretty much every topic). Normally, that would be a recipe for disaster... but it wasn't! At the very outset, when I called Premier after finding them on Yelp, I was grateful for the prompt but friendly response. From the nice gentleman who made me a same-day appointment, to the exceedingly patient and helpful Alfonso (not sure about last name) who came and diagnosed the problem—and was willing to explain it as he went, to the great guys that fixed the problem—Mr. Omar and Mr. Francisco, all of it was stellar. I say this in spite of the fact that a job like this (with sewer line issues) is expensive! I cannot compare prices, but based on conversations with my neighbors and several friends with similar work—the price was outstanding! Obviously plumbing is not my strong suit—so feel free to judge my perception of things with that in mind, but the work that was done appeared EXTREMELY professional, and all the participants (with the exception of my two children) were fantastic. This was a difficult job in the middle of the summer heat and not only did the gentlemen NOT complain, they were friendly, polite, and hardworking. I cannot say enough good things, and if it seems like I'm just gushing praise—it's because I mean it. **Note: I'm not sure the photos included will be in the right order—but assume that the pipes that look old and nasty are before the repair/replacement. Wow, what a mess we had, 2 dysfunctional toilets and a “singing” house (because our water pressure was too high). Premier came, with one phone call, the day and hour they promised. Adrian fixed the initial problems and educated us on how to avoid further difficulties. He was so knowledgeable, respectful of our property, and assisted us with another minor leak. We told him about the “singing” issue going on, he easily discovered the problem and told us the solution which we immediately scheduled knowing if we didn’t, the greater damage potential was enormous. Adrian scheduled another appointment and Konstantin came out this morning and repaired our main water shut off. He too was polite, timely, respectful of our property, and explained the repair he completed. I would recommend this company any day of the week. I was very pleased to have competent service providers. We are pleased to not have screeching, singing pipes any longer…thank you Premier!

Adrian did an amazing job for us. I was out of state when the water main to our house started leaking badly. The city said the leak was on our side of the meter, so our responsibility. My wife called Premier who came out quickly and found that the leak was actually on the city side. But Adrian didn't leave then. Without being asked, he stayed to meet with the city to show them where the leak was. When they said it would take 3 weeks to fix it, he argued with them and convinced them to fix it sooner. He spent much of the afternoon there in my absence, and without charging us for his time. So awesome having Adrian help when I couldn't be there. Highly recommended!

Premier Plumbing Gets Five Stars May 28, 2025

HVAC folks were replacing flexible ducts in our crawl space and accidentally bumped a water pipe creating a leak which required us to shut off our home's main water valve. Since this happened on a Saturday, we were faced with a situation in which we would be without water until Monday. Not wanting to wait till then, we contacted Premier Plumbing at 1 p.m., and they said someone would be there between 2 and 4 p.m. Adrian called us just before 2 to tell us he was on the way and arrived 15 minutes later. He immediately crawled under the house to evaluate the situation and determine what parts he would need to remedy the problem. Upon leaving the crawl space, he showed me photos of the issue and provided a repair estimate which we accepted. He didn’t have one of the fittings on his truck, so he left to acquire the needed item. Before leaving, he asked me to open faucets in the house to allow water to drain while he was gone. A short while later, he returned and began repairs. Overall, he spent three and a half hours on this call and kept me aware of everything he was doing. Adrian did an excellent job of performing a difficult repair in a very limited space. He documented his work with photos, provided the cut-out section he replaced, asked my permission to remove a small amount of insulation in areas where he needed to solder with a torch, communicated well with his customer, and cleaned up after he finished. Adrian and Premier Plumbing get a five-star review from this satisfied customer.

Alfonzo and his team were incredible and take immense pride in their work. My husband and I just purchased a home, and it needed a hefty amount of plumbing work done. We have raised foundation and the sump pump underneath the home was not functional, which led to water pooling under the home. The piping underneath the home was a mess and the main line had a major offset. They were quick and efficient to completely resolve all the issues and took pride in doing so. There's no more standing water underneath the home, and we have an actual sump pump in a basin they created using a jackhammer because of the ground being solid rock. Alfonzo does a great job of updating customers and sends video and photos of the before and after. I really appreciate how transparent and honest this company is and will definitely continue to use them in the future. Their pricing is also really competitive. I was quoted a lot higher by other companies. I'm so glad I chose Premiere plumbing, and I simply cannot recommend this company enough. They truly are a company you can trust!

They further found issues with the main water line and had that squared away in 2 days. In short, they did exactly what they said they would do in the timeframe they gave.
