Amazing service! Truly, I couldn't thank Nate and his crew enough for coming out to fix my clogged up sewer pipe lines at a very short notice! Something that would have taken 3-4 days, they were able to get it done in less than 2 days max! And the new concrete they poured looks amazing! You can definitely tell these guys are pros and proud of what they do. I recommend their service to anyone, especially to my friends and family! 🙏 Thank you!

I would highly recommend Premier Rooter and Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! They replaced my sewer line both under my house and from the foundation to the street in a flawless manner. I worked with Adrian to get a quote for services, which was very competitive with the other quotes that I received. Adrian is super responsive and always returned my phone calls and text messages. The workers Omar, Eddie, and Francisco were extremely friendly, hard-working, and all of them had a superb attitude. Crawling under a house in 100-degree temperature would make me irritable, but they never showed that type of displeasure. Omar is the Master of Communication and would tell me which bathroom was available during the replacement of the sewer line under the house. The sewer line replacement process was almost unnoticeable to me. Again, I would highly recommend Premier Rooter and Plumbing for all plumbing needs. They do a top-notch job and really care about the work that they do.

This was literally my first time hiring a plumbing company—and I am a naturally suspicious person, especially when I don't know about something (which is pretty much every topic). Normally, that would be a recipe for disaster... but it wasn't! At the very outset, when I called Premier after finding them on Yelp, I was grateful for the prompt but friendly response. From the nice gentleman who made me a same-day appointment, to the exceedingly patient and helpful Alfonso (not sure about last name) who came and diagnosed the problem—and was willing to explain it as he went, to the great guys that fixed the problem—Mr. Omar and Mr. Francisco, all of it was stellar. I say this in spite of the fact that a job like this (with sewer line issues) is expensive! I cannot compare prices, but based on conversations with my neighbors and several friends with similar work—the price was outstanding! Obviously plumbing is not my strong suit—so feel free to judge my perception of things with that in mind, but the work that was done appeared EXTREMELY professional, and all the participants (with the exception of my two children) were fantastic. This was a difficult job in the middle of the summer heat and not only did the gentlemen NOT complain, they were friendly, polite, and hardworking. I cannot say enough good things, and if it seems like I'm just gushing praise—it's because I mean it. **Note: I'm not sure the photos included will be in the right order—but assume that the pipes that look old and nasty are before the repair/replacement. It's not fun having a 100-year-old home. I trusted Premier Rooter and Plumbing to upgrade sewage and water lines. They listened, had solutions, and didn't waste time getting started. I was so pleased with their performance. The house will be good for the next 100 years.

The inspector was on time, and called 30 mins in advance as I requested. The inspector explained the process and invited me to watch the live sewer cable camera video. The report came back the same day, the same as what was told to me about the results. I would use them again, great service!

From the start, they addressed my concerns. They communicated every step of the way through the process of fixing and restoring the water/sewage pipes to brand new and replacing faucets, hoses, and things. Going the extra mile hanging up smoke, fire, and carbon monoxide detectors multiple areas 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, and laundry ensuring that my inspection permit would pass in addition to the excellent work of the plumbing system they performed! Total satisfaction. All of them... Mr. Nate, Alfonso, Kon, Francisco, and Eddie were extremely professional in every aspect and phase of this home project I needed done. They took the time to answer questions that I had. They showed me pictures, videos, and the actual parts. On a personal note: They let me vent when I needed to with my daily life like a friend.
