If you are looking for a trustworthy, dependable, and decently priced company, then look no further. I am so glad I found Premier Rooter and Plumbing. My gas line broke right before Thanksgiving, and my gas was shut off. I called a company that came out and gave me a quote for over $9,000. I was so upset and knew I needed someone here quick. Then I found Premier Rooter and Plumbing. Nathaniel had the best customer service, and right away, I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He really cared and said he would make sure I had gas so I could cook. He sent an amazing plumber named Konstantine. Nathaniel himself even pitched in to make sure it was done on time. Nathaniel helped me get financing, which really helped right before the holidays. He even helped me on his day off with the paperwork. Talk about dedication! Not only did they do wonderful work, but they also charged $5,000 less than the other guys. It was the little touches that really meant the most. For instance, they put shut-off valves in two places in case of an emergency. They even went out of their way to color match the paint because we thought we had some left, but we must have run out. Talk about going above and beyond. The gas company sent the same guy out to turn on my gas that had shut it off. He even was very impressed and made a comment about what a pristine job they did. Thank you, Konstantine and Nathaniel, for saving my Thanksgiving!

He quickly snaked the pipe, cleared the blockage, and made sure everything was flowing properly before he left. He was professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the process. I called on Saturday morning when we noticed a leak. Alfonso was there within an hour to check out the problem and gave us a free estimate. He was incredibly thorough, honest, and kind. He and his co-worker Omar were at our house bright and early Monday morning and were able to get the job done!!! They were so thorough, honest, and kind. I will definitely be using them for any of my issues in the future!!!!!

So glad I found their website that offered a visual scan of sewer lines and dry wells. The technician Adrian was extremely knowledgeable, arrived on time and provided a visual (and written report) tour of the three dry wells. Two clogged and one marginal. Now know how to proceed with possible solutions to the occasional seepage at the distribution box problem.

My mobile home needed all new plumbing, and Alfonso, JT, and Eddie came out to do the work. First of all, Alfonso discovered a major leak in my old plumbing and performed a temporary fix on the leak. My plumbing was substandard and had been recalled, and he knew everything about the recall and my plumbing. He and the owner did their best to give me a good price and were very nice in helping a senior citizen on a fixed income. Alfonso also worked with the HVAC installer who was also at my house. Alfonso and I both smelled gas outside of my house, so I called PG&E. Jay from PG&E came out and found my meter was cracked, so I called my park manager, and Alfonso worked with him to install a new meter! What a guy! He went above and beyond to help me, and five stars aren’t enough for him and the guys (JT and Eddie) who have been installing my plumbing. JT is so friendly and works so hard with Eddie. They are very considerate about keeping my home clean and safe and are great guys who do beautiful work, and I can’t recommend them highly enough for everything they’ve done for me! These guys are wonderful, and five stars aren’t enough for them! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work. The owner, Brandon, always called me to let me know their ETA to my home.

Alfonso was the tech assigned. I’m a pretty good judge-of-character kind of person, and everything about him from start to finish was top shelf. Very professional and knowledgeable on what needed to be done and the work he was doing. Very honest and even cleaned up afterward, even though I told him not to worry as we were in the process of a remodel. Would recommend him on calls and will use him again in the future, as we have 8 other properties that need a plumber guy like Alfonso.

I had been dealing with a major plumbing issue in my rental since last summer. My landlord kept putting bandaids on things until he finally had to address the underlying issue. He called his normal plumbing company, but they weren't available fast enough. I insisted I needed someone quicker, and he got this company. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service provided. Premier Rooter has a great group of plumbers. My first point of contact was with Adrian, who was super helpful. They diagnosed and fixed a major plumbing issue which required multiple days of service. The communication was excellent - I got a 20-min text prior to arrival every day they were here, they kept me updated on the status of the job, and even circled back when things were wrapped up. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend.

I called first thing in the morning, and they offered me a same-day appointment between 2–4. Adrian showed up a little before 1:30 p.m. He repaired everything in less than 15 minutes. Our main drain line was clogged and bathrooms and toilets started overflowing. I called Premier Rooter and Plumbing and, though it was a Sunday afternoon, they showed up within an hour and started on it right away. They advised me about the problem and the possible solutions and, though to my misfortune it ended up being the worst-case scenario of having to get the entire main drain connection redone owing to badly rusted and collapsed cast iron connector pipe, the team got the job done meticulously and expeditiously and redid all the work, including concrete. In 2 days (as originally estimated), it looks like the problem was fixed so well it is hard to tell from the great seamless finish. Very impressed and happy about the whole process. Throughout the rework, the team kept me in the loop with calls, messages, and sending pictures and videos promptly. A very satisfied customer and highly recommend it to anyone needing plumbing or drain work done! Along with the 5-year warranty of their work, I have a peaceful closure!
