My mobile home needed all new plumbing, and Alfonso, JT, and Eddie came out to do the work. First of all, Alfonso discovered a major leak in my old plumbing and performed a temporary fix on the leak. My plumbing was substandard and had been recalled, and he knew everything about the recall and my plumbing. He and the owner did their best to give me a good price and were very nice in helping a senior citizen on a fixed income. Alfonso also worked with the HVAC installer who was also at my house. Alfonso and I both smelled gas outside of my house, so I called PG&E. Jay from PG&E came out and found my meter was cracked, so I called my park manager, and Alfonso worked with him to install a new meter! What a guy! He went above and beyond to help me, and five stars aren’t enough for him and the guys (JT and Eddie) who have been installing my plumbing. JT is so friendly and works so hard with Eddie. They are very considerate about keeping my home clean and safe and are great guys who do beautiful work, and I can’t recommend them highly enough for everything they’ve done for me! These guys are wonderful, and five stars aren’t enough for them! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work. The owner, Brandon, always called me to let me know their ETA to my home.

This group did an amazing job. I had 76-year-old failing cast iron waste pipes, and they replaced all of them in just 2 days. The price was fair, everyone was easy to talk to, and very personable. Premier Rooter and Plumbing were lifesavers! It started with my sink backing up, and I hired another rooter company to snake my lines, only to discover my entire ABS sewage pipes were recalled. The pipes were cracked and leaking. I asked for a bid to replace my pipes in my whole house. Several days passed, and I never received a bid or even a phone call about when to start the job. Luckily, I called Premier Rooter and Plumbing, and Adrian came out the very next day to do their inspection. I was already 10 days without being able to use my kitchen and washer. Adrian was very friendly and knowledgeable. He sent out his crew Konstantin, Alfonzo, Francisco, and Eddie. They quoted me 5 days to complete the work, but his crew got it done in 2.5 days. They communicated well and were very respectful. They took photos of all the completed work, emailed them to me, and even wiped all the pipes down since it was dirty under my crawl space. I highly recommend Premier and will be calling them for all my plumbing needs!

I originally reached out to Premier about replacing my shower valve. For reference, my home was built in 1957. Once they gained access to my valve it was decided they wouldn't replace it because the galvanized pipes were so corroded it could possibly cause more damage. Con and Alphonso were very thorough in explaining why they couldn't do it and called Nate so I could discuss a solution. I agreed to a whole house repipe where each step in the process was explained to me and why it needed to be done since I had such old plumbing. The entire team was very professional and identified and corrected any issues that came up during the repipe to ensure I won't have to worry about plumbing issues for years to come. I'd like to thank Nathaniel, Adrian, Con, Alphonso, Eddie, Evan and Francisco. I will be recommending this company to a friend that needs a repipe due to having galvanized pipes as well.

Best decision to repipe sewer lines May 17, 2024

We lived in our house (that Jack built) a little less than a year and were in the end stage of a kitchen remodel when the master shower backed up Thursday night causing the hall tub that shares the same wall to also backup. Monday, the home warranty company sent a plumber who tried to snake it and gave up, telling the warranty company it failed. We asked the warranty company to send a different plumber, but they sent the same guy who said we need a shower cleanout to be installed outside the crawlspace. He peered into the crawlspace and then said goodbye. He gave us no confidence, so we googled plumbers and found a review similar to our problem, so we called Premier Rooter and Plumbing. Adrian showed up one hour later and crawled under the house to diagnose the problem. Adrian showed us pictures of the pipe configuration between the 2 bathrooms as well as the old galvanized piping. The fact that our house is over 50 years old (and we had an electrician clean up the electrical mess shortly after moving in) and wanted no more sewer problems, we decided to repipe the sewer lines. Best decision because they found a longtime leak in the 3rd bath wall-mounted toilet (old wall-mounted toilets are costly to fix or replace). The plumbers dedicated to repiping (Konstantin, Eddie, and Francisco) worked tirelessly, often until 7 or 8 at night, to ensure we had at least one working toilet and shower every day. It took a week to complete the sewer repipe job by digging and cutting in the cramped crawlspace of our 2800 sf home. They provided before and after pictures as well as some of the disgusting corroded and broken pipes. Because we wanted to replace the leaking wall mount with a floor mount toilet, and because the old metal water pipes were in the way of cutting a hole in the floor and moving the sewer pipe over, we decided to repipe the water lines as well. This repipe process took a little more than a week. They cut sections of drywall to access all water lines inside the house and spent several more days in the crawlspace to attach new pipes and cut and remove old pipes. Again, they worked long hours to make sure we had at least one working shower and sink each day. Things to keep in mind when repiping: 1) These guys are professional plumbers, and they know their stuff and what they can’t do well, so they do not reattach drywall - but they know a guy who can do it well. 2) If redoing water lines, you might want to also get new faucets and maybe wait until after the new water lines are flushed before installing faucets to keep any rogue debris from clogging new aerators. 3) If they provide shower valves, be sure to describe your style and color preferences up front for showerheads and valve covers if they are provided by the plumber. We trusted Premier R&P to recommend a remodel contractor for the third bathroom (remodel contractor did excellent work at a great price and worked seamlessly with plumbers during the repipe). If we have a future need for other types of contractors, we are confident these guys will send us honest and reliable people to give us honest estimates.
