Very Impressed and Happy About the Whole Process
Our main drain line was clogged and bathrooms and toilets started overflowing. I called Premier Rooter and Plumbing and, though it was a Sunday afternoon, they showed up within an hour and started on it right away. They advised me about the problem and the possible solutions and, though to my misfortune it ended up being the worst-case scenario of having to get the entire main drain connection redone owing to badly rusted and collapsed cast iron connector pipe, the team got the job done meticulously and expeditiously and redid all the work, including concrete. In 2 days (as originally estimated), it looks like the problem was fixed so well it is hard to tell from the great seamless finish. Very impressed and happy about the whole process. Throughout the rework, the team kept me in the loop with calls, messages, and sending pictures and videos promptly. A very satisfied customer and highly recommend it to anyone needing plumbing or drain work done! Along with the 5-year warranty of their work, I have a peaceful closure!

We had a drain problem, and because of what I read on Premier Rooter and Plumbing’s website, their reviews, and ratings, I called them. Within two hours of me calling them, Alfonzo called and was checking out our problem. He was so polite and informative. We ended up having to have a new line put in, with two cleanouts in the main line, and then epoxy put in the other lines. They had to dig in the yard in a couple of places, and when they got done, you couldn’t even see where they had dug it up. On top of working in the drains, which is bad enough, it rained for most of the several days it took to do the job. Francisco did the major part of the job, with help from Adrian and Nathaniel. Every one of them was polite and friendly. They told us what they needed to do and how long it would take. They also took lots of pictures and videos, which they sent to us. They never pressured us, gave us options, and answered our questions. All their work is under warranty. They said if you have any drain problems in the future, call them. I am very pleased with my decision to call Premier Rooter and Plumbing and will recommend them to anyone that has a drain problem in the future. Thank you so much. Also, thank you for the sports mug and cookies we received in the mail today.

Scheduling was easy
My technicians were very nice. Simple drain clearing job, $105. The only thing I didn't like is the person I called on the phone couldn't give me any kind of estimate, but this was the second company I called so I supposed they are all like that.
