I cannot say enough good things about the amazing large re-pipe and linear piping job completed at my home by the exceptional work of Premier Rooter and Plumbing. Their whole team was outstanding on every level, they excelled, and went above and beyond all expectations. My sincere appreciation to Adrian, Konstantin, Francisco, Nathaniel, and Eddy for their great work, excellent customer service, professionalism, knowledge, respect, and genuine care towards my home. They did an excellent job from start to finish. I can honestly say I have never worked with a company like this! They were on time every day, worked hard, explained everything in detail, and always answered all my questions. They were polite, completely trustworthy, neat, and very diligent in their work ethics. I am so thankful I chose them to do this job, which included jackhammering my cement slab in my living room to get to the tree root in my pipes. I am 100% happy and grateful for all that they did. It honestly was a pleasure to work with all of them, they truly are good people that I highly recommend. Their pricing was also way below what other companies had quoted. Amazing Job in Just 2 Days Nov 13, 2024

This group did an amazing job. I had 76-year-old failing cast iron waste pipes, and they replaced all of them in just 2 days. The price was fair, everyone was easy to talk to, and very personable. Every step of the process was communicated well, and all of my questions answered. I will definitely be calling Nathaniel and the team for any of my future plumbing needs.

Premier Rooter and Plumbing were lifesavers! It started with my sink backing up, and I hired another rooter company to snake my lines, only to discover my entire ABS sewage pipes were recalled. The pipes were cracked and leaking. I asked for a bid to replace my pipes in my whole house. Several days passed, and I never received a bid or even a phone call about when to start the job. Luckily, I called Premier Rooter and Plumbing, and Adrian came out the very next day to do their inspection. I was already 10 days without being able to use my kitchen and washer. Adrian was very friendly and knowledgeable. He sent out his crew Konstantin, Alfonzo, Francisco, and Eddie. They quoted me 5 days to complete the work, but his crew got it done in 2.5 days. They communicated well and were very respectful. They took photos of all the completed work, emailed them to me, and even wiped all the pipes down since it was dirty under my crawl space. I highly recommend Premier and will be calling them for all my plumbing needs!
