Adrian did an amazing job
Adrian did an amazing job for us. I was out of state when the water main to our house started leaking badly. The city said the leak was on our side of the meter, so our responsibility. My wife called Premier who came out quickly and found that the leak was actually on the city side. But Adrian didn't leave then. Without being asked, he stayed to meet with the city to show them where the leak was. When they said it would take 3 weeks to fix it, he argued with them and convinced them to fix it sooner. He spent much of the afternoon there in my absence, and without charging us for his time. So awesome having Adrian help when I couldn't be there. Highly recommended!

I called the office and they came out that day. Alfonso came out to my house on time. He was very professional and courteous. They sent out another worker to assist. I was amazed at how quickly they located the issue. Fortunately for me, the water was coming from my neighbor's home. They were able to find the problem and fix it quickly. HVAC folks were replacing flexible ducts in our crawl space and accidentally bumped a water pipe creating a leak which required us to shut off our home's main water valve. Since this happened on a Saturday, we were faced with a situation in which we would be without water until Monday. Not wanting to wait till then, we contacted Premier Plumbing at 1 p.m., and they said someone would be there between 2 and 4 p.m. Adrian called us just before 2 to tell us he was on the way and arrived 15 minutes later. He immediately crawled under the house to evaluate the situation and determine what parts he would need to remedy the problem. Upon leaving the crawl space, he showed me photos of the issue and provided a repair estimate which we accepted. He didn’t have one of the fittings on his truck, so he left to acquire the needed item. Before leaving, he asked me to open faucets in the house to allow water to drain while he was gone. A short while later, he returned and began repairs. Overall, he spent three and a half hours on this call and kept me aware of everything he was doing. Adrian did an excellent job of performing a difficult repair in a very limited space. He documented his work with photos, provided the cut-out section he replaced, asked my permission to remove a small amount of insulation in areas where he needed to solder with a torch, communicated well with his customer, and cleaned up after he finished. Adrian and Premier Plumbing get a five-star review from this satisfied customer.
