I had been dealing with a major plumbing issue in my rental since last summer. My landlord kept putting bandaids on things until he finally had to address the underlying issue. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service provided. Premier Rooter has a great group of plumbers. My first point of contact was with Adrian, who was super helpful. They diagnosed and fixed a major plumbing issue which required multiple days of service. The communication was excellent - I got a 20-min text prior to arrival every day they were here, they kept me updated on the status of the job, and even circled back when things were wrapped up. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend.
