There's an $89 service fee if your technician needs to diagnose the problem. If you already know what the problem is, the estimate is free. Adrian was kind and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, and more importantly, he took the time to explain the _why_ of the thing—why the water likely looked the way it did, what was likely causing it, and varied ways that we could treat or mitigate the issue. He wasn't in a rush to leave, and he clearly demonstrated that helping us was his top priority.
